Artist Statement
My work explores the intricate beauty of the natural world, highlighting the relationships between plants, animals, and their environments. Through the mediums of colored pencils and oil paints, I aim to celebrate the textures, colors, and forms of nature, inviting viewers to notice the small details that often go unseen. Each piece reflects my fascination with the delicate balance of ecosystems and the individuality of every subject, from heirloom vegetables to wild flowers.

Through my work, I hope to inspire a deeper appreciation for the natural world and foster a connection to the beauty that surrounds us. By capturing the essence of each subject, I strive to remind viewers of the importance of preserving the richness of life in even its smallest forms.
